The division of property is often a key issue of concern following the breakdown of either a marriage or de facto relationship.
Following a period of negotiation between the parties, an agreement may be reached in relation to the division of property. Such agreement is usually documented in a Form 11 Application for Consent Orders, with orders subsequently being made by the Family Court without either party being required to attend.
