Effective from 12:01am Tuesday, 29 June 2021 until at least 12:01am Saturday, 3 July 2021, the State Government has introduced a four-day lockdown in the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel region to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Working remotely

We have taken immediate steps to enable our team to work from home. With the help of our IT providers and support staff, these changes will enable us to remain connected to each other and our clients while ensuring the health and safety of our staff and their families.

Our team remains fully contactable via email and phone and it is otherwise business as usual at DSFL.

Phone, Skype and Zoom Consultations

Our Firm has implemented an immediate policy to avoid all face-to-face meetings and conferences wherever possible. This includes all non-essential business travel and all scheduled conferences, educational, and other events. We have a suite of impressive technologies in place enabling teleconferencing, videoconferencing and other workplace efficiencies which will help us continue to deliver our legal services as usual and with minimal disruption.

We can offer appointments to both existing clients and new enquiries via phone, Zoom or Skype.

Your matters

Our response to the pandemic is intended to ensure minimal interruption to our clients and referrers. Our team will continue to work on your matters as usual, with access to our usual resources at our disposal. Where your matter is scheduled for Court (including mediations or hearings), we will keep you advised of any mandates with respect to appearances or any other changes affecting your matter.

We are regularly monitoring the advice of the health authorities to ensure we stay up to date with all appropriate measures for the benefit of our people, clients and community.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with respect to the above. As always, if you have any concerns or questions about our response to the pandemic, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Stay well and stay safe.

Let’s meet, and figure it out
